Creation of a series of posters and videos for patients in the emergency department at Hautepierre Hospital (Strasbourg). The posters explain the treatment process, the role of the emergency department, and provide an overview of the medical team's daily routine. Videos explain the four main reasons for waiting times in emergency departments.
